We're looking for an experienced digital media professional to bring to life innovative media executions with data-backed business results. Reporting into the Sr Manager, Paid Social, you'll be responsible for working with a team of Campaign Managers and Specialists to ensure success for a portfolio of awareness, consideration, and conversion activations through the entire lifecycle of planning, execution, and optimization. Your focus will be on crafting a strategic direction for the paid social strategy of 1-2 Lines of Business (LOBs), while maintaining a pulse on the performance of your campaigns through ongoing analysis and collaboration with team members. A successful candidate will have demonstrated experience within paid social platforms and a well-developed understanding of the underlying auction dynamics. WHAT YOU'LL DO IN YOUR ROLE

The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
