Job Description SummaryJob Overview This position is accountable for managing programs (either technical or enterprise wide business initiatives), which may consist of multiple tiered complex projects with high visibility, aggressive schedules, and requiring significant negotiation to balance the needs of multiple stakeholders and achieve specific business goals or objectives for T-Mobile for Business (TFB). This position is viewed by leadership as a trusted advisor/consultant who utilizes in depth industry, business and/or technical knowledge and Program/Project Management expertise to lead and deliver capabilities that are key to TFB's success. This position is accountable for managing T-Mobile for Business centric programs that are focused on providing leading edge business technology solutions, product innovations and/or world-class technical infrastructure. This position requires a broad technology background and a proven leadership track record. This position will manage work utilizing standard project management methodologies, processes and procedures to ensure projects have a unified approach to enable our front-line teams to sell and service effectively and deliver attainment of project success metrics. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
