Overview
Colliers Engineering & Design seeks an experienced Survey Manager to join our Survey-Geospatial Group in Rhode Island as a Department Manager. The hired candidate will be responsible for the professional, technical, management, marketing, administrative and financial aspects of the Department. Colliers Engineering & Design professionals provide Surveying & Geospatial services to a wide variety of clients across New England that includes utility owners, commercial & residential developers, state and federal agencies, transportation agencies, architects, and engineers. We are a recognized firm for providing advanced surveying solutions, with significant investments including terrestrial scanning, mobile LiDAR, and Unmanned Aerial Systems. Responsibilities Serve as the primary technical liaison between project manager and staff on assigned projects and manage completion of technical elements on projects. Assist with project manager's efforts to prepare for and/or attend client/agency meetings with, or for PM's to present information pertinent to the project. Generate revenue through existing client base and new business development. Manage Day-to-day Land Surveying Operation including:
