Job Summary:
The IT Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing technology-related projects from inception to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting the specified requirements and quality standards. The role involves planning, coordinating, and leading cross-functional teams, managing resources, and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle. This person will serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, technical teams, and clients, ensuring effective communication and alignment with business goals. This position will be the contact point for software enhancements and administration for various software that Athletics purchased and supports. Responsibilities: Provides technical and analytical guidance for information technology (IT) projects. Manages vendor workflow and deliverables for multi-unit projects and facilitates project status communication to clients to support IT developments necessary for mission related functions.
