Technical Communication: Strong ability to communicate technical details to executive leadership, technicians, faculty, and research users, ensuring clear understanding across all levels. Leadership & Motivation: Proven skills in leading and inspiring teams, maintaining morale, and fostering a collaborative environment. Project & Timeline Management: Expertise handling complex timelines for equipment repairs and project deliverables, ensuring precise and organized completion. Semiconductor Equipment Knowledge: In-depth understanding of semiconductor equipment for maintenance and repair, including lithography, etching, and deposition processes (CVD, PVD, ALD). Statistical Process Control (SPC): Advanced knowledge of SPC for monitoring and enhancing equipment and process stability. Cleanroom Infrastructure Expertise: Knowledge of cleanroom systems, including vacuum systems, RF/DC power, gas flows, vacuum pressure, and particle control, as well as equipment safety protocols. Preventive Maintenance: Experience establishing preventive maintenance programs to ensure consistent and reliable equipment operation. Compliance & Safety Standards: Familiarity with industry standards, including ISO and OSHA protocols, hazardous material handling, and cleanroom safety. Cleanroom Project Management: Skilled in managing installations, upgrades, and expansions in cleanroom environments with contractors and vendors. Data Analysis & Monitoring: Proficiency in using monitoring systems for environmental and equipment tracking to identify and address deviations. Root Cause Analysis & Corrective Actions: Proficiency in identifying issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions. Documentation & Compliance: Skilled in maintaining accurate documentation, ensuring compliance with protocols, and clear communication of procedures. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
