About the Team:

The Global Digital team is the driving force behind Ralph Lauren Fragrances' digital presence, defining the e-business strategy and crafting compelling consumer experiences across all e-commerce platforms. We collaborate closely with global zones and individual countries to identify digital needs and optimize e-business performance. Our responsibilities encompass digital insights, content creation for launches and ongoing campaigns, UX/UI testing, beauty tech services, CRM, SEO, and more. We partner with Marketing and Creative teams to deliver impactful e-commerce and digital assets, working with Education and Visual Merchandising teams to maximize product potential and create seamless online-to-offline (O+O) brand experiences.

Role Description:

As the Global Digital Manager, you will be a key player in shaping the future of Ralph Lauren Fragrances' digital presence. We're seeking a strategic and driven individual with a passion for building innovative and memorable omnichannel experiences for one of America's most beloved brands. You will lead the development and execution of global digital strategies, manage e-commerce platforms, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital sales growth. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, combined with a highly organized and proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Global Digital Strategy: Lead the development and implementation of the global brand digital strategy, encompassing all major digital channels (D2C site, Amazon, e-retailers, Tmall, etc.). Establish brand guidelines and create engaging digital content to maximize business growth.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market digital strategies and media investment guidelines for key product launches.
  • E-commerce Platform Management: Oversee e-commerce platform development, partnering with agencies and IT teams to manage merchandising, implement new site features, and optimize user experience.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with Social, Creative, Marketing, and other internal teams to ensure seamless information sharing, consistent brand storytelling, and timely project delivery.
  • Retail Integration: Identify and pursue opportunities to enhance the digital experience within the retail environment, bridging the online and offline customer journeys.
  • Digital Landscape Monitoring: Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring the digital landscape and providing insights on relevant news, trends, competitive analyses, and best practices.
  • Data Analysis: Provide analytical support to refine digital strategies and maximize ROI.
  • Team Support: Contribute to all transversal digital projects and initiatives.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, E-commerce, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven e-commerce experience (merchandising, website development, etc.) is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of digital media landscape, including social media platforms, best practices, and emerging trends. Digital media experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel is required.
  • Graphic design skills (Photoshop, photography, etc.) are a plus.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities, proactive approach, and positive attitude.
  • A passion for the luxury/beauty industry is preferred.

Salary Range: $100,400-$143,000 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
