**Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 24 hours. Southcoast Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience. Responsibilities Position Reports to the Manager, Service Center Operations or designee. Responsible for ensuring the delivery of outstanding customer service, resolving issues, and delivering accurate information to Southcoast patients and providers. Responsible for the direct supervision of Service Center staff and ensures that all necessary tools and resources are available to meet or exceed department service requirements and servicing patients and providers across Southcoast. The Team Leader is also responsible for proactively and methodically identifying and resolving service barriers working with partner departments as needed to do so. The Team Leader will be involved in hiring decisions and assist in the training process, ensuring that every advisor is well prepared for their calls. They will continue to support advisors after training by monitoring their progress, ensuring that they understand and meet expectations, answering their questions, and providing them with ongoing coaching opportunities and inspiration. The Team Leader should be analytical, supportive, and prepared to act a resource to advisors. Qualifications
