Job Summary We are seeking a Mechanical Engineering Intern to join our Joint Tactical Terminal Electrical team in Beavercreek, OH. In this role you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced Mechanical Engineers and Designers and have a hands-on experience developing 3-D models and analysis for defined radios, tactical data links, flight control and situational awareness technologies. Job Responsibilities Conduct limited scope testing under the supervision of engineers Compete assigned tasks on time Gather and assemble data for engineers Conduct design analysis and/or calculations under the supervision of engineers Assist engineers with appropriate design details Perform a wide variety of tasks to gain familiarity with the engineering staff, methods, programs and practices Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization Other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or GED Engineering student Taking care of our people is a top priority at Leonardo DRS.
