About you

As a Valet Attendant, you will be responsible for the efficient and safe handling of vehicles for our guests, tenants, and visitors. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

In this role, you will

  • Greet guests and customers in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Park and retrieve vehicles in a timely and safe manner.

  • Manage the logistics of vehicle placement, ensuring optimal use of parking space.

  • Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations while operating vehicles.

  • Assist in the coordination of parking for special events or high traffic times.

  • Provide assistance to guests and visitors as needed, such as providing directions or helping with luggage.
    Maintain a clean and orderly appearance of the valet stand and parking areas.

  • Report any vehicle incidents or damages to the Valet Supervisor immediately.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Valet Supervisor to ensure efficient operations.

What you'll bring

  • Previous experience as a valet attendant or in a similar role preferred.

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.

  • Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods and to lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionally.
