Job Description: Develops and maintains strong relationships with Physicians/Practices, Hospitals, Payors and Employers and Self-Insureds in the Arizona Tri-State area through consistent, strategic field call strategies. Serves as the liaison between the Arizona Tri-State market, Henderson Hospital, and the VHS Transfer Center to drive and sustain growth in procedural services in accordance with the local, regional and enterprise business plans. Development of strategic relations between the markets and the ability to promote Henderson Hospital's capabilities will be tantamount to success. Participates in strategic planning and identification of physician targets to achieve this growth through utilization of UHS's data analytic tools and knowledge of the tri-state area. Responsible for the field visits to PCP and specialty physician practices, as well as regular interaction with tri-state local leaders, hospital management, employers, payors, and other executives in an effort to develop a broader relationship focusing on supporting the area's unmet healthcare needs. Delivers prospective business plan and retrospective performance to Henderson Hospital leadership on a monthly basis. The position will report to the Henderson Hospital's Director of Provider Relations. Qualifications Shift: FULL TIME VARIED Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field Experience: Minimum 3-5 years working experience in healthcare setting. Experience with Physician Relations, Business Development, and or Strategic Planning preferred. Technical Skills: Computer proficiency to include word processing, spreadsheet, and database Other: Excellent interpersonal skills as well as proven ability to deal effectively with all levels of employee throughout a healthcare system. Ability to communicate effectively and gain credibility with Physicians and staff. Demonstrate skill cultivate relationships by building affinity and loyalty of referral sources over time. Demonstrated ability to understand the larger vision of the organization in the changing healthcare environment. A professional image reflected in appearance, and behavior. Willingness to accommodate physician's schedules, which may occasionally fall outside standard office hours.
