Responsibilities

Join one of the most respected specialty eating disorder treatment programs in the United States. Center for Change is seeking a full-time Program Director to provide program management and oversight of all therapeutic treatment for outpatient clients in our Boise Partial Hospitalization Program.

The Program Director's responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Overseeing clinical care
  • Providing supervision as needed
  • Ensuring patients have adequate treatment plans that are being followed
  • Addressing clinical concerns
  • Conducting eating disorder and psychological assessments, individual, group, marital, and family therapy
  • Leading treatment team meetings
  • Acting as a liaison for referring professionals, engaging in marketing, public relations and community education activities to promote the program offerings
  • This position works primarily with eating disorders but will treat depression, anxiety, and a wide range of other psychological, emotional, addictive, and relational problems.

Qualifications

  • Doctoral or Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy or Professional Counseling
  • Professional licensure in the State of Idaho in the relevant field of practice
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in mental health
  • Previous experience in inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization treatment preferred
  • Experience with eating disorder treatment/therapy strongly preferred
  • Registered supervisor in the State of Idaho or in the process of becoming a registered supervisor

Salary: $75,000-$100,000, dependent upon experience.
