Description: TEKsystems is looking for at IT Support/Mobile Device Management Tech to help support our customers migration to Intune for their Phoenix office. Looking for a junior to intermediate level IT support tech to help them focus on their migration. Top Skills Details: * 2+ year of IT Support / Help desk support * Mobile Device Management / Intune - Experience * Windows, Customer Service, Troubleshooting Additional Skills & Qualifications: * Experience setting up Devices from start to finish * Experience with IOS & Android devices * Experience with MS SCCM and patch management in an enterprise environment. * Experience with Active Directory concepts and administration. * Experience working in a structured, process-driven environment. * Experience supporting a variety of Wi-Fi-enabled devices. * Experience supporting mobile devices, including Apple iOS, and Android OS. * Excellent problem solving and communications skills, especially over the telephone with good interpersonal skills, highly energetic and attention to customer service. * Ability to work effectively in a high-stress, fast-paced environment. * Experience supporting a campus environment with geographically dispersed locations is a plus.
