*Description:*
-Cover Denver Metro and Colorado Springs territory and assigned 800 customers (9 counties) -Assigned list of customers that they are responsible for - makes up 50% of their overall time -Handle all inbound leads (most come from Caterpillar but other sources as well) and handle majority of prospecting (30% of time is finding new customers) -Help with walk-in traffic and other items at the branch -Receive leads through CRM system (80% come through web forms - i.e. customer fills out Caterpillar form online) and automatically goes into CRM tool where Marketing department assigns it based on territory to the Inside Sales Rep -Call the customer and qualify the leads (could sell work tools and other walk-in customers), but main goal is driving leads to Sales Reps.to make the final sale to the customer -Call 30-40 customers/day to get 1-2 leads send to the Sales Reps. *Additional Skills & Qualifications:* MUST HAVE -Bachelor's Degree (open to what the degree is in, but prefer Business, Sales, Management, etc.) -Bilingual in Spanish and English (must speak fluently, and not slang) -Open to 0 years of experience and a college graduateor 1-2 years of customer service/sales experience -Someone who is not afraid to pick up the phone and make outbound calls 5 days/week -Someone who is seeking a long-term career and not just a 'job' -Someone who organized, coachable, can implement feedback and has a strong attention to detail -Someone who can build rapport with customers internally and externally NICE TO HAVE -Someone who comes from a manufacturing background OR familiar with heavy equipment *Experience Level:* Entry Level About TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
