escription: Our client is one of the largest Telecommunication Vendors in the DMV and has a large presence across the East Coast. They provide full turnkey solutions for both wireless and wireline sectors. Their wireless sectors are split up into a few groups, but ultimately support the major carriers. These helpers will receive great exposure to not only the telecommunications industry, but cutting edge 5G technology. This is a traveling position including travel to TX and FL. The rest of 2024 will include travel and stay in FL to finish a fiber build. After the new year this position will be supporting work in Howard County and Anne Arundel County. The Helper will be responsible for supporting the outside plant aerial construction crews in their day-to-day activities in teams of 3-4. Some of these include jetting (blowing) fiber, microfiber, cable/conduit runs, equipment handling, inventory, mounting equipment, hanging strand, etc. Overall, needs to be the Lead's right hand and help the project become completed on-time. They will be meeting at their shop and jumping in a company truck with their Lead. Open to entry level candidates with the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn, as well as mid-level candidates who can hit the ground running. Top Skills Details: 1. 1 + years of experience performing aerial Telecommunications Construction. 2. Solid Knowledge of Hand Tools and Mechanical Aptitude (Telecommunications Preferred). 3.
