This is a junior level Systems Support role. The ideal candidate can build Servers in Production space Windows, has utilized VMware in Production, has done Physical Server Builds and exchange online security. Skills: NTFS, Active directory, Dhcp, Windows, Data center migration, monitoring and remediation optimization system mar, Virtualization, vmware, citrix, dns, dynamic host configuration protocol dhcp, sql server, san emc, nas, Microservices, Windows server, Storage virtualization Top Skills Details: NTFS,Active directory,Dhcp,Windows,Data center migration,monitoring and remediation optimization system mar,Virtualization,vmware,citrix Additional Skills & Qualifications: Associate Degree in Computer Science or related field * Two years server experience * Or combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills and abilities * Valid driver's license Experience configuring and supporting Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, Domains, Domain Schemas, Domain Name Systems (DNS), Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) and Security Policy Configurations * Experience configuring, supporting and securing Microsoft Server Operating Systems (2012, 2016, 2019) and SQL Server (2012, 2014, 2016, 2017, or 2019) * Experience supporting and securing virtualization technologies and configurations using VMware or Citrix * Experience working with network storage (SAN, NAS, Backup, etc.) * Experience supporting Microsoft Exchange * Excellent communication skills and exceptional customer facing skills with a high degree of professionalism. logical, clear, and concise written and verbal communication skills. * Experience with handling sensitive and confidential information * Must display initiative, ability to work independently and within a team and be able to use independent judgment. Ability to react quickly to a fast paced, rapidly changing environment. * Considerable ability to adapt, learn new technical concepts and perform in unfamiliar environments with or without formal training * Considerable ability to coordinate multiple tasks at once. * Frequently required to bend, stoop, kneel and crouch. Able to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally Experience Level: Entry Level Qualifications: * Demonstrable experience in PC troubleshooting. * Ability to follow complex instructions accurately. * Keen learner with an aptitude for understanding technical build processes. * Experience or interest in identifying procedural gaps and optimizing workflows. * Must be able to work onsite 5 days a week.
