A trusted name in finance is seeking 3 Operations Processors for immediate on-site positions in Shoreview. Location: Shoreview, MN (On-Site) Employment Type: Contract, 26 Weeks - with the possibility to extend based on performance Schedule: Friday - Tuesday (off days: Wednesday and Thursday) * Shifts Available: 7:00 AM-3:30 PM (day) and 12:00 PM-8:30 PM (mid) * Training: 2 weeks, 12:00 PM-8:30 PM Role Overview: Seeking detail-oriented Operations Processors to support data entry, payment processing, and lockbox operations. Key Responsibilities: * Payment Processing: Opening, reviewing, and preparing deposits for client payments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. * Data Entry: Utilizing 10-key typing skills to input transaction details into the system accurately. * Record Maintenance: Keeping precise records of all transactions and processing activities. * Client Interaction: Communicating with client personnel to gather necessary information and escalating issues when required. * Training Participation: Engaging in training sessions to stay updated on transaction negotiations and specific deposit preparation procedures.
