*Overview:*
TEKsystems is partnering with a Beloit based client in the search for a PC Support Technician to assist with a large scale deployment project. This person will assist with multiple waves of roll outs, ultimately following detailed documentaiton to build machines, prepare machines for deployment, and provide support to locations post-deployment. This position sits 100% onsite in Beloit, WI. *Key Responsibilities:* * Troubleshoot PC-related issues effectively. * Adhere strictly to provided instructions while proactively learning new processes. * Play a pivotal role in establishing build processes from the ground up. * Identify gaps within existing procedures and contribute valuable insights for improvement. * Retain important information and adapt to evolving project needs as necessary. *Qualifications: * * 6 + months of IT support experience * Ability to follow complex instructions accurately * Keen learner with an aptitude for understanding technical build processes. * Experience or interest in identifying procedural gaps and optimizing workflows. *Benefits:* Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
