*Currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join the team at a non-profit in Portland, OR!*
*Job Description:* Provides key administrative and project support to the fundraising team. Work will include: meeting scheduling and preparation, database entry and reporting, mailing project management, donor engagement tracking and support and other essential tasks in support of the team's fundraising activities. * Maintains team leadership calendars by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, travel, and project/work time; determines importance of internal and external meeting requests and prioritizes accordingly * Assists with meeting preparedness, including drafting agendas, gathering necessary support/briefing materials, taking and distributing notes and tracking follow-up steps * Enter development officer activity into donor database; pull reports and/or compile data as necessary * Interface with leaders, board members, volunteers and other key stakeholders which may include donors, prospects, and faculty * Support the management of external advisory committees * Respond to internal and external inquiries, routing messages in an appropriate and timely manner * Provide general support with expense reimbursements and invoice processing * Assist with events including tracking RSVPs, reserving spaces, attending as staff support, etc. * Oversee or collaborate on special initiatives and administrative tasks as assigned *Skills & Qualifications:* * 2+ years of administrative assistant experience * Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to independently manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks * Exceptional attention to detail * Strong written communications skills; ability to draft agendas, emails or other professional documents * Strong customer service skills; ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners About TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
