Training hours are from 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM until you're comfortable performing tasks independently. As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will perform setup, disassembly, inspection, repair, and reassembly of paper machine rolls of varying sizes. Your role is vital to ensuring all repairs meet strict quality standards while focusing on efficiency and safety. A deep understanding of mechanical assemblies and different roll types is required to excel in this position. Qualifications:
