Cox Communications is currently looking for a
Compensation Senior Manager to join our team. You must be in
Atlanta, Georgia, Virginia Beach, Virginia, New Orleans, Louisiana, Las Vegas, Nevada or Omaha, Nebraska .
The Role: The Compensation Senior Manager has a critical role in planning, developing, implementing, administering and maintaining compensation programs that support the company's pay philosophy. The Compensation Senior Manager ensures consistent application of competitive pay practices, evaluates programs, trends and/or new technologies and recommends changes and improvements across multiple client groups. The Compensation Senior Manager works independently and provides solutions to highly complex compensation problems. Reporting to the AVP, Compensation, Organization Design, and Strategic Workforce Planning, this role will partner with the business to gain deep insight into internal operations as well as the external market factors that influence Cox Communications (CCI) strategy, goals, and performance. USD 117,300.00 - 195,500.00 per year Compensation: Compensation includes a base salary of $117,300.00 - $195,500.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program. Benefits: The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
