This position supports Distribution operations within the Print & Mail Center under the direction of the Distribution Center Specialist. The tasks required for this position will primarily include the assembly and collation of materials for mailing distributions to the field, sorting those materials into the mail bins and jeters as instructed and based on the specific project requirements. This role will also assist in order fulfillment of inventoried and print-on-demand material. The Processor position will assist in preparation of packaging for outgoing shipments by accurately labelling shipping envelopes, mailers, or boxes, then quality checking and accurately inserting the sorted materials into the appropriate packaging as required. The Processor will also assist with the accurate assembly and collation of the materials for replenishment of warehoused or other projects as needed. The Processor will assist in moving the assembled packages and kits to appropriate staging areas for shipping or warehousing. Throughout the day, the Processor may also be requested to unload delivery trucks throughout the day, or load pick up vehicles for our daily outgoing package volume. For deliveries of incoming materials, it is required to accurately verify the quantity being received as well as the inspection of the materials for any possible damage and that the materials are in good order before accepting the delivery. Effective communication, accuracy, and attention for detail are the keys to succeeding in this role. The Processor is expected to communicate any issues with materials to the Distribution Center Specialist including the possibility of running short on a project or potential errors within the assembly process or the material itself and be able to provide status updates of their tasks within the Distribution Center so that informed decisions can be made during project planning. Job duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Company's staff, employees, and business relationships.
