Director of Pharmacy - Full Time As a full-time, exemptCPS Solutions, LLCDirector of Pharmacy, you will oversee all pharmacy operations including planning, organizing, controlling, and supervising activities, according to hospital policies, standards of practice of the profession, and state and federal laws. You will recommend innovations in the practice and function of the pharmacy to hospital administration and carry out mutually agreed-upon programs with assistance from a full support team. Schedule: This position will work 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm. Starting Pay: $135,000 to $155,000 per year, based on expereince. About the facility: The Bridgeway is a Joint Commission accredited hospital, licensed for 103 beds with an average daily census of 85, that provides inpatient behavioral and mental health services for child, adolescent and adult patients with acute psychiatric conditions such as depression, schizophrenia, chemical dependency or other issues . CPS Solutions, LLC has partnered with the hospital to manage the day to day operations of this pharmacy. The position is an employee of CPS Solutions, LLC. About the Pharmacy: The pharmacy is open Monday-Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm and Saturday approximately 8:00am to 2:00pm. Required Qualifications:
