The Senior Marketing Specialist plays a key role on Jefferson Health Plansrsquo; Marketing and Communications team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, Medicaid amp; CHIP, this individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationship with our internal functional business partners across all lines of business (Medicaid, CHIP, Medicare Advantage, Individual amp; Family Plans, and MLTSS), including our community, clinical, and customer experience teams. This role will have accountability for educating our business partners on our marketing and communication processes, consulting on marketing and communications strategies and best practices, and ensuring completion of requested projects. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has strong communication, interpersonal, influencing, project management, and planning skills.

Job Responsibilities:

Key accountabilities for this role include:

  • Collaborate with internal business partners across all lines of business to develop marketing strategies and campaigns in support of business goals and initiatives; drives value for internal business partners by identifying problems, offering creative solutions, and leveraging partnerships to meet strategic goals. Works with business partners to establish measurable/trackable KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
  • Execute marketing plans and campaigns on behalf of the internal business partner, including brief writing, project management, creative agency management (internal and external), and production.
  • Monitors campaign deliverables against project timelines, regulatory feedback, budget, and KPIs.
  • Assists with project queue management, distributing assignments to individuals based on availability and priorities.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in a Marketing Communications role developing campaigns and content strategies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with creative agencies.
  • Experience working with project management software such as Robohead or Workamajig
  • Health insurance experience, particularly in Medicaid or Medicare, preferred.
  • Experience working with legal and compliance teams as well as regulatory agencies preferred.
