Our IT Risk & Compliance Consulting practice combines industry expertise and innovative solutions to help global companies exceed their strategic objectives. With a global footprint, our portfolio of middle market and Fortune 1000 services clients spans industries including banking and finance, insurance, healthcare, and manufacturing, from large to middle markets.

Daily, you will have the opportunity to learn and work alongside a broad mix of highly talented subject matter leaders and team members both at Forvis Mazars and at our clients. How you will contribute:

  • Overseeing and managing multiple client projects while supervising junior staff members.
  • Planning, executing, and reporting on IT audits as well as business process audits.
  • Assessing technologies, identifying controls, and testing controls.
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of IT Audits, SOX Audits, Security & Privacy Consulting, Business Continuity, and Process Improvement Projects, appropriate for the engagement
  • Maintaining and achieving high-quality work, client relations, and team relations
  • Acquiring the skills necessary to develop quality client relationships and loyalty.
  • Serving in more of a leadership role on client work as technical knowledge and experience grows
  • Supporting any training and mentoring to staff and interns, as necessary
  • Executing and helping to lead client engagement activities in all phases of the project life cycle from start to end.

We are looking for people who have Forward Vision and:

  • Excellent analytical, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing priorities in a growing, fast-paced, interactive, results-based environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4 years of IT Audit experience from a public accounting firm, a professional services firm, or within industry
  • 2 years as a Senior Consultant or equivalent
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • BA or BS in Information Systems, accounting, finance, computer science or another related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
  • Ability to travel at a minimum of 15% - 25%

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in information systems, accounting, finance, computer science or another related field
  • CISA, CISSP, CISM, CBCP or CIA certification
  • Advanced Microsoft office suite expertise
