Pathway Health is looking for an experienced Nursing Home Administrator to assist our clients in the greater Atlanta, Georgia area.

Our consultants are compensated on an hourly basis and may qualify for Pathway's robust benefit package, as well as incentives!
Salary: $45-$50-hour DOQ
The Interim Nursing Home Administrator position is a flexible, project-based role where you will perform a full range of professional responsibilities to include but are not limited to the following:
- Assist the client with assessing, planning, developing, and implementing systems, processes and other training needs as requested.
- Maintain current working knowledge of applicable state and federal standards, regulations and industry standards of practice and professional practice guidelines.
- Assist clients as requested in the selection and hiring of key management staff.
- Functions within scope of work as defined by the client.
- Maintain client confidentiality and function within HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications:
- Must be licensed Nursing Home Administrator in Georgia.
- Must have five years of Nursing Home Administrator experience.
- Excellent leadership, communication and customer service orientation
- Able to build solid relationships with all levels of staff, interdisciplinary team, residents, and families
- Participate in multi-disciplinary teams including internal and external participants.
