Job Title: Systems Engineer (Onsite)

Location: Bentonville, AK.

• IT Assets & Accessories Allocations and updating in Service Now AMDB.
• Stock verification and updating in AMDB using PAV.
• Inventory Update - Asset Status in Allocation/De-allocation and addressing all Query from HAM team.
• Clearance approvals for assets returned.
• IT Assets hardware call logging for warranty laptops in stock.
• Imaging Laptops with Cognizant SCCM OSD -Standard Operating Environment
• MAC Laptops -Installation -OS Upgrade to Latest Version & JAMF enrollment.
• Verifying Check list on the Endpoint Compliance (AV, FileVault, AD, MDM Profile)
• Delivery & shipment on all Cognizant procured IT Assets
• Hands and feet support for all the maintenance activity with T&E Approval based on the Service tower requirements.
• Coordinating with ROW Compliance team for Desktop & Laptop Compliance
• Supervising and taking ownership of critical issues until resolution.
• Participation in CIMA/outages and provide location support.

Solid understanding on:

• ServiceNow - Field Services
• Service Now - Asset Services
• Desktop Imaging
• MAC administration

The annual salary for this position is between $ 40,000.00 - $ 50,000.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
