We are seeking a Technology Architect with 9 to 13 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Genesys Composer Genesys Eservices Genesys CIM Platform and Genesys Voice Portal. Additionally expertise in Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer domains is essential. This hybrid role requires a candidate who can work effectively in a day shift and does not require travel.

Experience: 9 - 13 Years

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $85,000 and $130,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of Genesys solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee the integration of Genesys Composer Genesys Eservices Genesys CIM Platform and Genesys Voice Portal.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to development teams working on Genesys projects.
  • Ensure the successful deployment of Genesys solutions within the Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer domains.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Genesys implementations.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for Genesys solutions.
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments of Genesys systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Genesys platforms and applications.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Genesys technologies.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Genesys solutions.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Genesys platforms.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of Genesys systems and suggest improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in Genesys implementations.

Qualifications

  • Possess strong experience in Genesys Composer Genesys Eservices Genesys CIM Platform and Genesys Voice Portal.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer domains.
  • Demonstrated experience in Java.
  • Have a proven track record of successfully implementing Genesys solutions.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Show strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Have experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation.
  • Be capable of providing technical guidance and support to development teams.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Possess strong analytical and requirement-gathering skills.
  • Be proficient in monitoring and reporting on system performance.
  • Show commitment to ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Have the ability to provide training and support to end-users.
