Job Title: Stibo Solutions Architect (Remote)

Roles and responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership to project team members, ensuring the successful delivery of the STEP solution by adhering to standard methodologies and meeting specific customer requirements.
  • Responsibility for architecture oversight and technical leadership in implementation projects.
  • Ensure the quality of the work remains in line with agreed standards within scope and budget.
  • Working experience in MDM Architecture, data model, workflows, inbound & outbound end point integration, web/ REST services & data migration.
  • Knowledge on PDX, STEP API's, Web UI, dash boards. data quality and data governance.
  • Integration with data pools like GS1, Brand Bank, etc.
  • Lead requirements gathering workshops and high-level design workshops.
  • Guide definition and roll out of data governance strategies, policies, roles, responsibilities, processes, controls, and rules.
  • Detailed design documents preparations.
  • Define technical specifications for workflows and business rules.
  • Prepare detailed design documents for data migration.
  • Train and mentor colleagues in implementing STEP activities using standard methodologies.
  • Support integration, system, and user acceptance testing.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in CS, MIS, or related field.
  • 4+ years of relevant professional work experience and 10+ years overall in IT industry.
  • At least two full lifecycle implementations of the Stibo STEP solution for Product MDM or PIM; additional MDM/PIM implementation experience a plus.
  • Stibo STEP experience as a hands-on technical developer and configurator.
  • Leadership experience in designing and implementing MDM/PIM solutions.
  • Experienced technical skills in software development is helpful: Java and/or JavaScript, data and database design, SQL, XML, Linux, and Web services.
Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until December 01, 2024.

The annual salary for this position is between $158,000.00 - $186,000.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
