Keller Electrical is looking for Motor Shop Manager
to join our team in Phoenix, AZ!
What You'll Do:
* Involved in estimating and overall project management for Motor Repair Division.
* Coordinate daily manpower and equipment needs for team.
* Meet with customers to review projects and conduct job walks.
* Review plans, create budgets, scope of work documents, and other contractual documentation for work.
* Compliance with all company policies, procedures, and initiatives.
* Constantly monitor and report on department productivity and backlog.
What You'll Need:
* Minimum 5 years of machining experience in the industrial market.
* Must be experienced with project documentation and contract administration.
* Ability to interface with internal & external customers as well as peers.
* Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Project, Excel, Outlook and Word).
* Must be a highly motivated individual with outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills are also needed.
