Job Summary	The Parking Services Agent will perform parking enforcement duties on the Chicago State University campus.
Job Description	Staff CSU parking booths, accept payments for parking, and issue parking decals Provide customer assistance and directional information, enforcing CSU parking rules and regulations, and directing traffic Patrol CSU parking facilities to ensure that vehicles are parked appropriately, safety, security, and control procedures are being followed Perform parking enforcement activities, which include the issuance of citations to violators of CSU parking rules and regulations Report infractions of other CSU regulations to proper authorities Note readily apparent lot hazards (such as broken glass or broken gates) Transport students, staff and visitors to and from various locations around the campus and community. Receive training higher level duties Perform other related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications	1. High school graduation or equivalent 2. Possession of a valid State of Illinois driver's license 3. No record of conviction of a felony or a crime involving moral turpitude
Preferred Qualifications	PACE Driver Experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities	1. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions 2. Ability to interact with the public 3. Good English verbal communication skills 4. Skill in writing legibly 5. Mechanical aptitude
