Job Summary
The Parking Services Agent will perform parking enforcement duties on the Chicago State University campus.
Job Description

  • Staff CSU parking booths, accept payments for parking, and issue parking decals


  • Provide customer assistance and directional information, enforcing CSU parking rules and regulations, and directing traffic
  • Patrol CSU parking facilities to ensure that vehicles are parked appropriately, safety, security, and control procedures are being followed
  • Perform parking enforcement activities, which include the issuance of citations to violators of CSU parking rules and regulations
  • Report infractions of other CSU regulations to proper authorities
  • Note readily apparent lot hazards (such as broken glass or broken gates)
  • Transport students, staff and visitors to and from various locations around the campus and community.
  • Receive training higher level duties
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
1. High school graduation or equivalent
2. Possession of a valid State of Illinois driver's license
3. No record of conviction of a felony or a crime involving moral turpitude
