Position Summary: The Maintenance Manager plays a pivotal role in establishing and upholding a world-class Maintenance Program. As a member of the site leadership team, the Maintenance Manager is responsible for ensuring that the team receives training in maintenance activities and fostering a strong safety culture within the Maintenance Department. As the leader of a team consisting of 18 members, you will have the opportunity to guide, coach, develop, and inspire them. You will spearhead efforts to drive operational efficiencies, enhance training programs, develop competencies, and minimize downtime. Building robust relationships with vendors, particularly in the areas of HVAC and heavy mechanical equipment, will be a crucial aspect of this role. Furthermore, as a valued member of the leadership team, the Maintenance Manager will actively contribute to site-wide initiatives, including the strategic rollout of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance). Leveraging the power of SAP, the Maintenance Manager will play an integral part in creating and implementing preventive maintenance plans. Key Responsibilities:
