Job Summary: As a Case Manager, you will deliver tailored case management services to youth under 25 who are facing homelessness, housing instability, couch-surfing, or have runaway status. You will work alongside the youth's support network and community partners to develop and implement individualized service plans. In this role, you will collaborate with grant providers and team members to ensure effective delivery of services, including case management, supportive housing, and prevention initiatives. You will also be responsible for managing daily operations at the resource center, such as meal planning and preparation, coordinating with community agencies, organizing activities, and handling routine tasks. Additionally, you will participate in community outreach through presentations, local events, and partnerships with other organizations. Ongoing training will be available through LSS and the State of Minnesota. Qualifications and Requirements:

Education
Bachelors of Criminology and Criminal Justice (preferred)
