Job Title: Regional Client Services Manager



Position Summary:
To pursue and maintain business development of the storm division. The principal result of successful performance will be the acquisition of federal, state, municipal, and commercial contracts within a specified region, market, or event.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Participate as part of a team in the pursuit of federal, state, municipal, and commercial contracts within a specified region, market, or event.
  • Participate in regional marketing, sales, and contract development in business development initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain positive, ongoing relationships with targeted customers and strategic partners within a specified region, market, or event.
  • Identify potential contract opportunities, business areas, and partners within a specified region, market, or event.
  • Record and track all sales and customer related activity within
  • Manage and maintain relationships with pre-event contract holding customers creating and maintaining customer records in CRM.
  • Participate in regional pre-event, post event, and pre/post event capture plans maintaining all capture activity records in CRM
  • Participate in business development
  • Provide the Business Development Manager with details of unqualified opportunities for pursuit decision.


Essential Qualifications

  • Successful work history with verifiable and quantifiable business
  • College degree, preferably MBA degree in marketing, business, finance, or another related field.
  • Proficient with contract management and business development strategies
  • Must have excellent computer proficiency in Salesforce, MS Windows, Word, Excel, the internet, and email applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well with all teams in a collaborative and cooperative
  • Excellent verbal, written, and negotiating communication
  • Demonstrated ability to execute strategic plans with
  • Demonstrated ability to obtain government
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively strategize, plan, implement, manage, and coordinate multiple assignments.


Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in government contracting is helpful and
  • Familiarity with government funding, contracting, RFP's, solicitation, and


qualifications.

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to manipulate, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. May vary from site to site and in some cases be greater or lesser than indicated here.



Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside in all weather conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Must be able to work with daily exposure to dust and dirt.
