Responsibilities

Peraton is seeking a Director, IT Operations who will be responsible for overseeing all IT business related activities for Peraton.

These activities include but are not limited to the following:

    Management and execution of the IT operating and capital budgets to include planning, forecasting, reporting and variance analysis.
  • Identification and mitigation of budget risks.
  • Accountability for all IT procurement activity to include schedule management, cost analysis, business case recommendations and transactional oversight from PR through payment.
  • Financial input and guidance in support of IT Service Centers.
  • Partnership with senior leaders to support the IT roadmap and participation in project selection as they pertain to the roadmap, through the creation of financial business cases.
  • Management of the IT Business Management Team.
  • Interaction with corporate finance, audit, compliance and other Functional Business areas as needed.
  • Working with technical leadership to help them adhere to established budgets by partnering with them in planning activities and reporting budget status to them.
  • Financial management of the corporate network budget.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree with 16+ years related experience (preferably managing complex budgets for technical teams).
  • 5+ years managing IT budgets
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Deltek Costpoint
  • US Citizenship

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in Government Contracting
    Prior experience specific to IT Procurements including HW/SW, SaaS and Technology Services and strong working knowledge of Cloud Based applications
  • Prior experience working with post-merger/acquisition teams or projects
  • Ability to deep dive as well provide strategic insight
  • Strong leadership, collaboration and communication skills

Target Salary Range

$146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
