LSSI is hiring a full-time Housekeeper. Provide Supportive services to clients and staff. Be Liaison to Supervisory reporting on daily housekeeping operations, ensure daily housekeeping duties.

EssentialFunctions:
- Provide housekeeping and laundry services to resident as stated in the service plan.
- Attend initial training, in-service training sessions and staff conferences.
- Maintain communication with residents and other staff as appropriate.
- Respond to scheduled or unpredictable needs and emergency calls from
- Participate in in-services programs and other educational programming in order to meet certification requirements.
- Develop and maintain a relationship that fosters the resident's dignity and self-respect and encourages resident independence.
- Perform other related tasks as necessary or assigned.
Position Qualifications:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Have 1-3 years' experience preferred.
- Prefer minimum of one year experience.
- Certified in emergency resuscitation.
- Complete a Two-Step Tuberculin skin test.
- Pass Health Care Worker Background Check.
- Ability to work well with others.
- Be willing to participate in required training to meet requirements of the SLF program.
- Excellent communication, organization, presentation and pc/computer skills (including proficiency with Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word and Excel) along with other related software.
- Valid IL driver's license.
