LSSI is hiring afull-time Recovery Support Specialist.
To provide recovery support to residents as part of the Recovery Home team. This includes case management, documentation, and individual meetings with clients.
Schedule: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays from 10am to 6:30pm

Essential Functions:
  • To assist Residents in becoming more involved in their own recovery.
  • To assist/support residents in developing and maintaining recovery-oriented, wellness-focused lifestyles.
  • To serve as an advocate for residents in the recovery home.
  • To serve as a mentor for residents in the Recovery Home.
  • Communicate with Supervisor, treatment team, and collateral agencies to address clients' needs.
  • Perform intakes when assistance is needed.
  • To partner with residents to access the services and supports that will help individuals attain personal recovery goals.
Position Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • CRSS Required or willing to obtain within 2years of employment.
  • Annual TB test.
  • Excellent communication, organization, presentation and pc/computer skills (including proficiency with Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) along with other related software.
