Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) to provide comprehensive care as a Urology Surgery APP. In this role, you will meet the medical and psychosocial needs of our patients and offer comprehensive treatment options for patients with a range of urological conditions, including benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS), and other related disorders. You will work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans, from conservative management to surgical interventions, all the while ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

You will care for patients independently in a clinic setting as well as care for patients as a part of our shared MD/APP model.

Key Qualifications:

    Current New York State (NYS) and New Jersey State RN and NP licenses/registrations
  • Master's degree in nursing, prescriptive privileges (or eligibility)
  • 2-3+ years of related APP clinical experience, surgical experience is preferred but not required

OR

  • Graduate from an accredited PA program
  • NCCPA certification
  • Active NYS license and New Jersey State license or be qualified for state licensure
  • 2-3+ years of related APP clinical experience, surgical experience is preferred but not required

  • Able to adjust approach and demeanor to align with the changing demands of dynamic environments.

Additional Information:

Hours: 10-hour shifts, 8 am - 6 pm, 4 days/week (flex) Monday-Friday, no weekends, no holidays

Location: Kimmel Center and Koch Center

Pay Range: 144k-182K

Reporting to: Manager, APP
