Under the direction of the Associate Dean of the Women in Science and Engineering program at Douglass Residential College, the co-adjutant is responsible for performing quantitative assessment on Douglass Women in Science and Engineering programs. The program assessment areas include retention, graduation, placement, and participation metrics.
The coadjutant must be well versed in Microsoft excel functions, comfortable pulling data from a number of sources, and have good report writing skills.

The position pays $2,000 to be completed within 3 months, excluding when the university is closed.

Qualifications


Minimum Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in STEM
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel functions
  • the Person in this position must have an intimate understanding of scientific research and of the needs of women majoring in STEM fields.
  • 80% Program Assessment
  • 20% Program Assessment Report Writing

Overview
The coadjutant works independently to perform tasks associated with Douglass WiSE program assessment and reporting and must submit updates and final reporting grades as detailed by the Associate Dean of WiSE. The coadjutant must maintain regular contact with the Associate Dean.
