Auburn University Advancement is excited to begin the search for a Student Worker to provide support to the Auburn Advancement Director of Donor Experience and the Events & Experiences Team.

Essential Functions |
- Assist with donor stewardship efforts including but not limited to birthday, anniversary, and special occasion recognitions.
- Assist with event communications, prep, setup, breakdown, and follow up.
- Design and produce materials such as event menus, nametags, place cards, table numbers, programs, etc.
- Manage event responses for a multitude of overlapping events.
- Assist with accounts payable paperwork and processes.
- Communicate with event vendors and suppliers.
- Help manage supplies and equipment inventory.
- Gift wrapping.

- Currently enrolled student at Auburn University
