Our Company The Opportunity This attorney intern will be based in our San Jose headquarters and may work on a broad range of revenue producing enterprise licensing and sales matters, involving Adobe's cloud-based services, on-premise software, and professional services - areas that are significant to Adobe's success. This role may also be asked to work on team projects (creating job aids, operational improvements, trainings, templates etc.). What you'll DoDay to day, in this role we review and negotiate contracts, provide legal counsel to Sales and Sales Management, and collaborate with other internal groups (such as Product teams, Privacy/Security teams, and Consulting Services teams) on a variety of topics including intellectual property, commercial terms, risk analysis, and the effects of applicable laws. Participate in team projects, such as template creation, job aid creation, trainings, etc. What you need to succeedWe are a 10 person team of CA-based attorneys supporting Enterprise Sales, and work on revenue-producing transactions. The team is challenged to efficiently support a large field sales organization producing a volume of contracts and contract negotiations, using streamlined contract review, tech tools, and useful job aids.
