Administrator Assistant IV

Hourly Range: $23.93 to $32.75 depending on experience.

Summary: Provide administrative support.

Responsibilities:



  • Compose complex correspondence (ensuring accurate grammar, punctuation and spelling. Develop filing systems. Draft desk instructions and ensure procedures are
    up to date. May provide work direction to less senior administrative staff.
  • Research, compile and proof department documents, maintain office supplies, process paperwork, receive visitors, read and route incoming mail, perform budget
    tracking and reporting. Identify problems and makes recommendations as needed.
  • Develop complex reports and develop summaries for management review. May coordinate travel arrangements and reservations. Schedule appointments and
    answer phone. Perform miscellaneous projects as assigned.
  • Develop complex presentations. Coordinate office event planning as needed.
  • Maintain calendar updated with meeting requests, events, break and lunch coverage.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.


Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Six years of administrative support experience. Must have prior experience supporting at least four managers in a complex fast paced environment. Must have specific experience developing and tracking reports, developing complex presentations, and tracking budgets. Must have hands on experience with maintaining office support and coordinating travel. Ability to handle confidential material appropriately. Demonstrated ability to used Microsoft Office Suite or automated systems.
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have strong research skills and attention to detail.
  • Must be able to work in a team environment.
  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to support and prioritize workload effectively with demonstrated organizational skills.
