Temporary Opportunity - HEDIS Administrative Assistant (AA)

CDPHP is looking for Temporary Administrative Assistant (AA)'s to assist with our annual HEDIS project. Our HEDIS project is a yearly endeavor that looks at a variety of quality measures from our provider network and allows the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) to rate us against other health plans across the country. We are excited to kick off another year of project work and are in need of staff to help in several capacities.

  • HEDIS Administrative Assistant temporary staff will be responsible for providing administrative support for the Registered Nurse Team, and assisting in the data collection process associated with the HEDIS hybrid medical review project
  • Administrative Assistants will provide on-site and/or remote support beginning in January 2021
  • The assignment will run a minimum of 12 weeks, with up to a potential of 16 weeks total
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel required
  • Preferred experience includes:
    • Knowledge of medical terminology
  1. Knowledge of provider office operations and work flows
  2. Knowledge of medical records (preferably EMRs)
  3. Excellent verbal, telephone, and written communication skills
  4. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  5. Ability to work as a team member and independently

Expectations

  • Standard work schedule is full-time, defined as 40 hours per week through the conclusion of the project
  • Standard office hours are 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
  • Attendance/completion of initial training sessions is mandatory

Individual compensation is based on several factors unique to each candidate, such as work experience, qualifications, and skills.
