And we're growing! The Role Our Travel & Hospitality consulting practice is looking for an experienced Product Owner with Aviation MRO experience to join our journey. We're looking for someone who is experienced in consulting to airline and aviation clients in operations areas include maintenance, system, flight, and crew management. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting engagements with clients to define leading operations practices and operating models, including operations process, organizational roles and responsibilities, and technology product ownership. Cognizant Consulting's T&H practice works with the world's leading airlines to improve their operations and performance through transformational programs that improve our client's competitiveness across process, organizational, and technical areas in functions that include Operations, Commercial, Back Office & Human Resource Management. We're looking for a Senior Consultant who can deliver within Cognizant's Five Pillars of Consulting Excellence, which are: 1) Project Execution, 2) Expertise, 3) Business Development, 4) Practice Development, & 5) People Development. As a Consultant, Consulting this means leading a team of Consultants through a client-facing engagement, managing escalations, and serving as a the owner of a workstream; maintaining expertise in your domain; meaningfully contributing to the sales process through a mix of RPI development, client presentations, financial modeling, pricing strategy, and flawless delivery; creating service offerings and/or client partner training materials; and contributing to People Care initiatives, recruiting, and mentoring. * Manage and direct a small-to-medium team of Consultants through client engagement, analysis, business case development, and the development of focused and contextual solutions * Lead communications with project stakeholders, including status reporting, priority setting, and timely issue resolution * Contribute to the thought leadership of your practice and contribute to one or more practice initiatives or service offerings * Maintain expertise in the Aviation and Travel industry * Encourage and facilitate the business development activities of project teams through activities such as opportunity validation, strategy approval, RFI support, storyline, proposals, & client presentations * Engage with client contacts to generate leads and identify new opportunities for consulting services

Work Authorization * Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship (H-1B, L-1B, L-1A, etc.) Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $120,000 - $130,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
