The Admissions Marketing Associate coordinates marketing efforts for the recruitment of prospective students and provides technical marketing guidance.
This role participates in the design, development, and implementation of marketing activities and materials, such as brochures, campaigns, and audio/visual materials, for a school or for the central division. This position typically coordinates events with clients, vendors, and internal departments. This position may also assist in the creation and execution of routine advertising campaigns (web,
SEO, radio, and print) and marketing collateral.
This position assists with marketing efforts for the recruitment of prospective students and provides technical marketing guidance. This role participates in the design, development, and implementation of marketing activities and materials, as well as assists in the creation and execution of routine advertising campaigns. Some specific responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in managing marketing and advertising efforts
- Managing promotion and event registrations for Office of Student Life events
- Event planning and execution
- Coordinating photo and video shoots
- Assisting in the development of student journey communications
- Creating and coordinating content
- Supporting lead generation and recruiting efforts
Performs other related duties as assigned. The omission of specific duties does not preclude the supervisor from assigning duties that are logically related to the position.
This is a hybrid position, meaning some days will be in the office on campus and some days telework, depending on what is needed by the program |
Minimum Qualifications: |
Qualified candidates will hold a Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization. Degree must be conferred by the start date of the position. Degree requirements may be substituted with an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. |
