Do you have at least two years of administrative experience in a fast-paced office environment with proficiency in Microsoft Office? Staffmark is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to work for an established beauty company in Oxford, NC. We are searching for an individual who radiates positivity and professionalism, embraces continuous learning, and is driven to take ownership of responsibilities. Pay: $16 per hour

1st Shift Hours: 6 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday-Friday with opportunities for overtime on weekends

Essential Functions:



  • Looking up products in the system
  • Assigning tasks to drivers
  • Releasing inventory
  • Receiving and dispatching orders
  • Use radio to communicate with the appropriate location
  • Enter data in the system and maintain logs

Qualifications:



  • Minimum of two years of office experience
  • Strong multi-tasking and computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Willingness to assist with warehouse operations as needed (pick/pack)
  • Ability to frequently lift 30 pounds
