Project Designer - County Prestress

We are seeking a Project Designer for our customer, County Prestress located in Westmont, IL.

Job Duties:

• Prepare drawings as required or instructed by Project Coordinators.
• Prepare piece drawings (minimum of two days) prior to their production dates.
• Make changes to AutoCAD or Revit drawings as required or directed.
• Provide clerical assistance to Engineering Department as required or requested.
• Order embed plates and loose material well before it is required so material can be fabricated, assembled and delivered.
• Work closely with Project Manager/Engineer to solve casting and field problems as necessary.

• Office working environment

Physical Requirements:

• Sitting frequently
• Carrying/Lifting 10 - 40 Pounds rarely
• Standing / Walking / Climbing

Experience & Qualifications:

• AutoCAD or Revit certification, or Autodesk certified.
• Ability to read and understand drawings and perform AutoCAD or Revit tasks as directed.
• Previous experience preferred but not required.
