What We Do Responsible for establishing, streamlining, and managing processes, procedures and programs related to escrow operations and support functions. Manage and lead teams who perform a wide range of duties related to escrow operations. Manage processes and policies. Partners with and acts as a liaison between groups to ensure that compliance, policy adherence, production goals, and timelines are met. Ensures employee conformance to established practices and proper training of staff.
Provides leadership, manages day-to-day execution, and is responsible for escrow operations of a large group or multiple groups/ departments. Typically is accountable for internal and offshore production units. Participates in developing, interpreting and implementing policies and procedures.

What You'll Do:

  • Manages multiple areas of escrow operations through subordinate managers and supervisors. Provides significant input to the development and implementation of strategic goals, manages multiple areas of escrow operations with impact over a state or large region.
  • Responsible for expense management and budget administration
  • Implements operational efficiency improvements with broad impact. Implements goals, objectives, and work standards for the department.
  • Develops short and long range plans for the organization. Ensures that the organization's goals and objectives are appropriately defined, communicated and achieved
  • Applies policies and procedures that comply with regulatory and statutory guidelines, rules, and standards.
  • Directs the selection of staff and provides for their training and professional development to maintain effective morale, productivity, and discipline.
  • Has full supervisory responsibility for a large staff. Delegates tasks, manages work flow and plans staffing requirements. Responsible for salary administration. Interviews candidates and makes hiring decisions, writes and conducts performance reviews, provides ongoing feedback, and manages disciplinary actions. Coaches and mentors staff; provides development opportunities.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 10+ years of directly related experience
  • 8+ years progressive management experience
  • Demonstrated competency in executing strategic plans.
  • Ability to learn needs of a wide range of employees while driving team performance, monitoring results and appropriately allocating resources.
  • Possesses and applies a broad knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures of titles services and related fields to the completion of complex projects.
  • Experience and knowledge of functional tools and infrastructure.
  • Understanding of metrics/dashboards that drive an environment and culture of continuous improvement.
  • Progressive experience in leading employees in multiple locations, and significant experience developing and implementing solutions.
  • Possesses problem solving, collaboration, critical thinking, team building, and presentation skills.
  • Results oriented and solution thinking with time management and project management skills.
  • Displays leadership skills, leading by example, driving employee commitment through actions, and empowering employees to reach their full potential.

Pay Range: $114,600 - $191,000 Annually

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
