Position Overview

The Manager will help manage, plan, and implement team approved Point of Care client strategies for assigned clients. The ideal candidate will work with Associate Directors and Directors to manage the process and ensure effective client service. The role involves managing a team and overseeing a portfolio of clients, as well as working with internal teams, agency partners, and vendors to identify and create efficiencies for effective client workflows.

Responsibilities

* Have an expert knowledge of POC US landscape and emerging channel trends to deliver on ambiguous tasks

* Maintain strong client relationships through effective client service, proactive problem solving, and the successful execution of all facets of account management with clients, agencies, and media owners

* Identify and implement ways to streamline current processes and increase efficiencies

* Exhibit knowledge of assigned clients' situations and goals and prepare marketing proposals and budgets that will meet those goals

* Oversee all planning and implementation of outdoor campaigns from initial brief through to post campaign analysis, ensuring team deadlines are met

* Retain and grow existing client budgets and develop new business from existing accounts

* Train and develop Junior Account Executives, Account Executives, and Senior Account Executives' industry knowledge and create attainable goals to foster internal growth based on individual performance

* Consult and work with Rapport's partners on developing new features to their programs to alleviate future agency workload

Required Skills and Experience

* Proven ability to maintain and grow client relationships through the delivery of exceptional account services

* Strong presentation skills

* Previous experience in client-facing role and account management

* Rapport does not require candidates to have a college degree

Desired Skills and Experience

* 5+ years' experience within either a full-service media, POC or OOH agency preferred

* Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while managing tight deadlines and managing teammates' deadlines

* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

The salary range for this position is posted below.
