Job Summary


  • Perform routine procurements for products and services.
  • Support Negotiators and Sourcing Specialists.
  • Manage procurement transactions (PO creation, dispatch, etc.).


Key Responsibilities

  • Distribute NDAs, prepare RFPs, gather supplier lists.
  • Schedule and attend meetings, set up suppliers.
  • Create bid tabulations, issue POs, resolve exceptions.


Mandatory Skills

  • Effective procurement management.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes and software.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Working knowledge of PeopleSoft or other ERP software.


Education/Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Utility or construction industry experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software.



Estimated Min Rate: $18.36
Estimated Max Rate: $26.23
