Mental Health Associate Saturday/Sunday 7p-7a Rivendell Behavioral Health Services is an 80-bed full-service behavioral healthcare acute care facility located in Benton, AR, that has been providing quality health care to the residents of Arkansas since 1985. The Mental Health Associate (MHA) has one of the most important roles in our facility. You are always with the patients, providing constant monitoring, care, and support. As well as seeing patients benefit from programs provided during treatment. If you are able to show compassion and respect to all individuals, possess the ability to remain calm in escalated/high strung situations, and believe in working together with your coworkers is key to success, then we want you to be a part of our team at Rivendell Behavioral Health Services of Arkansas. Duties and responsibilities of a MHA may include but are not limited to: Supervise patients on and off the unit, monitoring every 15 minutes and recording observations. Bachelor's preferred. Previous mental health experience preferred but not required. CPR/First Aid and Handle with Care certificates are required (offered upon hire).
